BazarDor

Product / UI/UX / Marketing

Making everyday market prices easier to understand, compare and share.

A community-powered market-price platform for Bangladesh. People post what they actually paid, the prices are compared across sellers, and the community votes on what is fair, so a shopper can see the real price of rice or vegetables before leaving the house.

My side of it: product positioning, UI/UX direction, the brand and its marketing, and the product film below, shot and cut to explain the idea to people who had never used anything like it.

Stories need
more than
a camera.

My filmmaking work spans production, direction, editing and visual storytelling. I approach film the same way I approach brands: start with the emotion, then build every frame around it.

Mohammed Shafwat Hossain, also known as Rabby Raz.

I didn't begin
with marketing.
I began
with images.

01It started with an image · 2010

A single frame could make someone stop.

Around 2010, photography and visual storytelling became my first way of understanding creativity. I was fascinated by the idea that a single frame could make someone stop, feel something, or remember a moment. At the time, I didn't know where that curiosity would lead. I only knew that I wanted to create.

02From design to culture · 2015

Design opened the door to something bigger.

In 2015, that curiosity became something more serious. I founded RRGFX, a publicity and graphic design studio focused on visual communication, posters, artwork and branding. But design quickly opened the door to something bigger. One project led to another, and before long, I found myself moving from graphic design into music, entertainment and production.

RRGFX later became part of Quantize Music Entertainment and evolved into QMGFX. Around the same period, I also developed Brikkho Films, which became part of my growing work in film and audiovisual production. Today, Brikkho Films continues as an independent company as part of the Rabby Raz creative ecosystem.

03Beyond the image

I stopped thinking only about the image.

Those years changed the way I looked at creativity. I started thinking about the artist, the audience, the story, the launch, the timing, the distribution and the reason someone should care in the first place.

A strong idea is never just a beautiful image. It needs context, positioning, emotion, timing and execution.

04Marketing met storytelling · 2020-2024

How attention is built.

Between 2020 and 2024, my work with Quantize Music Entertainment pushed me deeper into entertainment marketing, artist campaigns, content production, visual communication and audience development. Film became an increasingly important part of that journey as well, through projects including Golpota Emoni Bhalo, Mon Oborodh and Jolghori.

The more I worked across design, music and film, the more I understood that all of them were connected by the same thing: storytelling.

05France

Campaigns that move fast.

Then my journey took me to France. There, I continued developing my experience in digital marketing, social media, content production and brand communication. My work with McDonald's France as an Assistant Marketing Manager brought me closer to the realities of large-scale brand communication: fast-moving campaigns, social-first content, local activations, UGC, video production and promotional communication.

06Now I build

What could this become if we did it properly?

Today, my work sits at the intersection of marketing, filmmaking, design, digital products and entrepreneurship. I am CEO & Co-Founder of PubliKrea, while also developing and contributing to ventures including BazarDor and Rabika.

Some projects begin with a business problem. Others begin with a film idea, a campaign, an image, a product, or simply one question. My journey has never followed one straight line, and that is exactly what shaped the way I work today.

Photography taught me to observe. Design taught me clarity. Music taught me culture. Film taught me emotion. Marketing taught me strategy. Entrepreneurship taught me responsibility.

BazarDor

Digital product / Community

A community-powered platform built around everyday market pricing, transparency and useful local information.

The social side runs on the same idea as the product: ask the price out loud. Posts put a real number in front of people and invite them to guess, argue and correct it, so the feed does the platform's job before anyone installs anything.

Rabika

E-commerce / Brand and product visuals

A female-focused e-commerce platform for Bangladesh, designed around internationally sourced fashion, beauty, accessories and lifestyle products.

Product visuals built on a single template system: the wordmark, the neon monogram and a podium keyed to each product's own colour, so a catalogue of very different brands still reads as one shelf.
